Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@ediktedmall.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.


Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for refunds due to hygiene or safety reasons. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable on the product page.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
